Exactly what steps does one take to "level up" in order to be able to fly in the Novoking virtual world?

New users of the Novoking virtual world have to perform some steps in order to be able to "level up" and acquire the ability for their avatar to fly.

I can't read the instructions because they are in Chinese and I only speak English. I can't find the instructions anywhere except in the program's interface.

Novoking's website is novoking.com. I am looking for instructions in sufficient detail that I can actually acquire flight ability by following them.

There is currently no way to level up. The game is still in beta and the feature is going to be added later. People who registered earlier in the games development were given this ability, without a level requirement. For new players, however, it is currently impossible to level up

That is not true, according to my experience. It is true that the virtual world system is still in beta. I am one of the beta testers. The leveling up system was not present in the initial versions of the program , but was added in version .94. When this version appeared, everyone lost the ability to fly until they leveled up. The users who can read the instructions that are displayed have followed them, are "leveled up", and can fly.
