Whats the best way to add a list of people to my twitter account
Do I have to go to each of their pages and click follow. I am using digsby client but have twitteriffic on my ipod Touch.

I would use Twhirl (http://www.twhirl.org/ )
The best way is to do a search within Twhirl and then click their name. Once you have them listed, click the plus (+) symbol on the bottom right on the screen. That would be the quickest (IMO).
According to getsatisfaction.com it is not possible to add multiple twitter accounts at one time (at this moment).

If you have their emails make a fake email account on Yahoo or somewhere first and then import the contacts into the email address book from a spreadsheet..
After that, Twitter will let you login to any email account and search for users or "friends" you can add from that email account.
