Well, other than Mahalo Answers, I actually enjoy "How Stuff Works" a lot. Things there are well-written, simple to follow, and generally well-researched. They show up in a fair number of google searches highly ranked, and are good places to get general information.
But I really also like Mahalo Answers ;)

What is your favorite "how to" or social learning and educational video site and why?
