I would have to say BlogTV. Most youtube personalities use BlogTV and it is fairly easy to connect to and stream. The entire site is very user-friendly and fun. the only time i have ever seen lag problems (which seem to be abundant on sites like JustinTV and UStream) is when a huge Youtube celebrity is on and there are several thousand people streaming or trying to stream at once.

No small feat when the site was featured in all major media for weeks at a time. Almost 13 million views as of today.
