I would have to say BlogTV. Most youtube personalities use BlogTV and it is fairly easy to connect to and stream. The entire site is very user-friendly and fun. the only time i have ever seen lag problems (which seem to be abundant on sites like JustinTV and UStream) is when a huge Youtube celebrity is on and there are several thousand people streaming or trying to stream at once.

If you are gunning for a professional look, Ustream.tv provides a nice interface for branding and stuff.

I find ustream to be the best. after that guy commited suicide on justin.tv and all the male body parts Ive seen on stickam Id stick with the same site that Jason Calacanis uses, ustream.
