What are some paid and/or open-source group video editing sites-upload vids for ppl to download, edit and reupload?

I'd like to locate an online solution to the problem of group editing of video. Specifically would like to dump video clips from Skype into a site that other people can log into, browse the clips, pull them down to their computer for editing and upload their edited form for others to see. If the site has editing features built in, even better.

I can't find a site like this Sparklebitca.

I understand what you want to do and I think that it's a really good idea. Basically, collaborate as a group on editing a video.

This idea / site would be great for video mashups, etc.

Sadly, it's not out there - at least as far as I can see.
