There's tons of hash-tags. You could probably guess them, but here's what I recommend:

Search for your interest(s) at http://search.twitter.com (I didn't even know this existed until a week or so ago). It will give you varying results, many containing related hash tags that other people are using.

For instance, I went to The Wicked Winter Renaissance/Fantasy Faire for the first time this weekend, and after searching on twitter for the convention, found a few people using the tag #wickedfaire. The rest of the weekend, I used that tag to track what was happening at the con when I was at one particular event and even to see what was happening after I had left.

It opened me up to what was going on, and even what I was missing so I can better plan for next year when I attend the convention.

This website has many different hash-tags listed and tracks them in real time. You can look at the popular page to see some of the more used ones.

If you're into this sort of thing, the #tots hash tag is actually tweeting Shakespeare's Taming Of The Shrew, 140 characters at a time!
