Privacy code of? Are you asking about privacy policies for web sites?

If yes:

By law, almost every country has laws about what kind of personal information your web site can collect, for how long it can keep it, how it needs to be secured, who can see it, etc. In almost every case, you are required to inform your users about their rights and responsibilities in regards to the privacy of their personal information in your site.

Different kind of privacy code. I finally got a reply from tr.im support, here was their response.

Yes, this code is not well explained at all. If you create one you have to add -code to the end of the tr.im URL to get forwarded. This means you have to tell people the code so they can use the URL, and it cant be followed by bots.
