Looking for good anonymous proxy service with servers in Argentina and/or Chile

I'm looking for an anonymous proxy service that will allow me to surf the web from an IP address in Argentina and/or Chile. I've used some services like findnot.com, but they don't have servers in those locations. I'm willing to pay for this service, especially if it's reliable. Please note that nothing about the use of proxy servers is illegal, and that none of this is intended for illegal activity of any kind.

There are couple of alternatives:
- Hotspot Shield (Free - ads supported)
http://hotspotshield.com/
Once the software is installed and started, you can browse the Internet as normal. The ads appear at the top of the page.

From the product page:

Hotspot Shield protects your entire web surfing session; securing your connection at both your home Internet network & Public Internet networks (both wired and wireless). Hotspot Shield protects your identity by ensuring that all web transactions (shopping, filling out forms, downloads) are secured through HTTPS. Hotspot Shield also makes you private online making your identity invisible to third party websites and ISP’s

- Tor (free - open source)
http://www.torproject.org/

From the product page:
-- quote --
Tor protects you by bouncing your communications around a distributed network of relays run by volunteers all around the world: it prevents somebody watching your Internet connection from learning what sites you visit, and it prevents the sites you visit from learning your physical location.

You can't specifically select what country you are appearing to come from, but I have found that Tor: http://www.torproject.org/ is a very useful proxy. It routes you through several computers in different countries to make your activity virtually untraceable. I'm not sure if it's what your looking for, but I'd say it's worth looking into.
