Is there a way to find out which Twitter followers are no longer following you? Tried out Qwitter useqwitter.com and don't believe it works.

You're right, qwitter no longer works, however socialtoo.com does. From their site:

How often does SocialToo check for new followers and unfollowers?

We are constantly working to speed up the process of making the auto follow and unfollow process as close to immediate as possible, however, with a large userbase and limited resources, this process can currently take between 30 minutes and 3 hours after the person follows or stops following you. As the Twitter API improves this process will also improve. We are constantly working on new ways around the Twitter API to make this process much faster and more immediate.

I don't know of any ones other than Qwitter, and I thought it didn't work to start with but then suddenly after about 3-4 weeks it sent me about 10 emails at once telling me who had stopped following me. So I believe Qwitter does work but it just takes a while to get started! I think that is due to a larger demand for the service than they expected, so it should balance out and start working as expected soon.

I'm pretty sure that Qwitter works by taking a snapshot of your current followers at the time you sign up for Qwitter, then it compares that to your followers every so often after that (not sure if hourly, daily). So initially Qwitter won't know who your followers were that quit, but from the time you signed up going forward it should work fine.
