I want to use my MAC Book Pro for podcasting, what equipment do I need? What are your best tips for something under $100.00?

I would like to use CamTwist and Audicity to complete these tasks. Does anyone know of a good way to switch from video to audio (i.e. my mic) through CamTwist? Still looking for something under $100.00 total.

Plantronics DSP-400 Headset...as one of the requirements if you ask me. The quality is superb and can be heard on all of the TWIT podcasts.
