You can find quality 1080p videos all around the web. The number of people participating in this is rising. You can mostly find trailers at Apple.com/trailers or even in the iTunes Store.
Those are the best quality videos I have seen. This isn't necessarily streaming. It downloads it while playing. Streaming requires lots and lots of bandwidth.
