Given the features these systems have, like allowing commenters to use a common identity across lots of blogs, I'm not sure that any of them are suitable to put on your own servers.
However there are white-label options that you can use to rebrand the service as your own.
The main altenatives to IntenseDebate seem to be these:

Do you know of any good commenting systems like IntenseDebate that I can host in-house?
We really like the functionality of IntenseDebate, but we want all the data to be sitting on our servers.
