Thanks for the help! I didn't know about ThinkFree. Both of these seem like solid alternatives. I'll be testing them both.

PS - I'm unfortunately not a fan of MS. I try to avoid them when I can.

If you don't like Google Docs, you probably won't like Zoho or the other online only productivity suites.

However, Microsoft's Office Live is the best of both worlds!

You can create and edit documents and spreadsheets offline using your full featured app, then store them online for collaboration and always available storage.
