On page I manage, the top 7 links were pinned when I arrived, so I can't update them. How do I unpin?

However, I have a page where the Top 7 section has only | Add a Link | Edit {red push pin} plus links. I tried to remove a link but the first three attempts there was no toolbar on the link. Then I tried to remove the section (empty Top 7 makes no sense) but no toolbar on the section. So hopefully, the Mahalo experts can help on this one.
Update: If you get a red push pin then click it - it toggles the toolbar.

Thanks. That's accurate, but I have done that; have refreshed, have used the arrows; have done everything that web talents have given me. I hate to say something is wrong with the page, but something still is not working. Don't forget, one a link is pinned, it is supposed to stay pinned. I want to unpin.
