On my iPod Touch, is ther a way to enlarge the slider that allows you to go to a different time in the audio file?

Sometimes, when I am listening to a podcast, I want to back up just a minute or 2 and it is so hard because the slider is so small and sensitive.
Tip for best answer: M$0.25
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Unfortunately, I don't think that's possible.
However, one trick I use is I put my finger directly on the slider circle and roll my finger tip very slowly by twisting the wrist. That tends to do pretty well instead of dragging the finger across the screen.
I hope that helps. Lemme know how that worked for you.

Update:
The new iPhone 3.0 OS addresses this issue. Now you can hold your finger on the slider then slide it downward to change the scrubbing rate. Also for podcasts it has a 30 sec rewind button.
