Very interesting! I live in Tokyo and always thought I was hyper-sensitive to earthquakes (as opposed to my wife who sleeps through anything under a 6). As far as earthquakes I can feel, I would say a handful per month. I no longer jump out of bed and alert everyone in the neighborhood after they occur.
