ok, 4 year anniversary is two days away, need gift ideas that will wow, go.

Tip for best answer: M$0.25
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Anniversary gift? I would think a holiday vacation trip is very nice and appropriate for this time of year. Go somewhere you will both enjoy and get relaxation this holiday season. Make it a surprise gift, come up with a scheme that he/she will not suspect about it. Even a couple of days with each other alone is enjoyable and rewarding if you are worried of staying out of town or being away with the rest of the family. Plus, when you reach your destination, an extra gift for your partner something tangible, will be another surprise, I am sure anyone will be happy with that. Am I a bit costly, but when you're talking about a love one, cost does not matter. If it is, one can be as innovative as one can get. As the saying goes "It's the thought that counts".

Hope this helps,Good Luck.

You did not specify for which sex. If it is a woman and you have some extra cash, go for jewelry. If she doesn't ordinarily wear a lot of bling then get something simple yet tasteful. I have yet to meet a woman who does not like jewelry. Just make sure of her taste first. Perhaps ask a sister or one of her best friends. Or even take them shopping with you. There are some great sales going on now. JC Penney has one either going on or coming up for greatly reduced rates, you can look online @JCPenney.com.

If it is a guy, think about his hobbies and gear a gift towards it....fishing, carpentry, autos, reading. Think about when you went shopping together and what he looked at.

Or perhaps you remember a special time or place you were both at together? Gear a gift towards that special time or place.

Linen or silk clothing with a romantic book is a great gift idea for the 4th year anniversary. A book of love poems is also wonderful.
