Oh, I have an Austin friend coming in town this weekend w/her dog - does anyone know of any dog friendly places in NOLA?

I know your friend from Austin has come and gone, but I wanted to find some dog-friendly places for you... for future reference.
Chowhound.com covers possible dog friendly (outdoor) dining areas and even mentions a dog friendly park in the French Quarter.
