Dude, I love your questions! I vote for Tesla, the band. Brings back fond memories of me being a teeny-bopper, sneaking to the dugout to smoke cigarettes and thinking we were the next best thing since sliced bread.

Another reason I vote for Telsa, almost everyone can afford to enjoy them. Good things should be enjoyed by as many people as possible! Who can afford a bizillion dollar car? Ok, $100,000. (My boss, but who's counting..lol)

Here's a few of my favorite songs by them for your listening pleasure.

(This one is actually in my top 20 songs of all time!)
"Love Song"

"Paradise"

"The Way It Is"

Their two best albums have to be The Great Radio Controversy and Five Man Acoustical Jam. Did you know they are still recording? Just not the same though, even with having most of their original members. This is a good example for kids, don't do drugs. lol
Asker's Rating:
• Good answer, well thought out, and good videos to watch of the band!

Can I vote for Tesla the inventor, instead? I've never heard the band, and I can't afford the roadster. A biography of the inventor is about as close as I can come to any of them.

Tesla Roadster of course. Its an all-electric sports car and it doesn't pollute. The Tesla's chassis shares the same platform of the Lotus Elise. So the car has some racing pedigree. In the future as battery technology improves, or if the current one wears out. You could swap the old one with newer batteries. So unless you manage to crash your Tesla roadster. This car could practically last forever. The car will never rust (carbon fiber body). It has fewer moving parts that a normal car (no internal combustion engine). As long as you can preserve the structural integrity of the carbon fiber chassis. You may even upgrade the motor and transmission once new technology becomes available. Like say how about some Formula 1 racing style KERS upgrade for my Tesla?

Tesla the Band, I haven't really heard about much their music. I hardly knew much about them except for the band's cool name. Inspired by the famous inventor "Nicolas Tesla"

Never heard of Tesla, the band? Stick a fork in me, I'm done. Wounded. Staggering around like a puppy who just lost is mother.

Ok, about the car. What does it matter what in can do when there are few people who can afford it? I say they should keep the ultra lux model available and sell stripped down practical (and less expensive ones.) Selling a few cars a year doesn't even offset their carbon footprint for making the cars in the first place, so what does it matter that they are green when finished? (I'm just arguing for argument's sake, I'm not cranky, I promise!) I guess I just don't understand all the hype.
