Interesting Question ... . According to my knowledge, the photo you have given above shows a man-dog marriage, and most probably should have occurred in India. They do these kinds of marriages between man-donkey , donkey-donkey and so on. Their superstitions say that if these kinds of marriages occur, there is a chance of their village getting rain or something. Here is another story.

The future is unpredictable. There are many kinds of things happening in this world at present which are not even thought before. Human, who lived by hunting like an animal at early periods, has now evolved and is capable of many things. The relationship between man & a woman which has been done for the procedure of reproduction has now changed, and currently there are many stories about relationships between same sexes just for pleasure.

Human mind changes every second. At this rate, there is a possibility that humans marrying animals for pleasure ...etc.

If you are referring to the above picture than that is just a superstitious action. At many places in India there is superstition that if a guy or a girl is married to an animal (particularly a dog) than or his/her possible trouble times after marriage will be passed to that animal and the married life will be a happier one
