Offensive is a word that gets tossed around pretty loosely.
I think that anything that offends anybody is, by definition, offensive. But that doesn't make it wrong. Offensiveness is in the eye of the beholder. For a lot of creative people, "inoffensive" is kind of an insult. In fact, being called inoffensive is actually offensive to some.
The question here is who could or should be offended by this website. The "facts" on the site appear to be Bible passages, offered with little commentary. The passages, if taken literally, might well support the name of the Blog. But most people will either believe the passages are literally the word of God or not. If they do, then why should compiling them be offensive. If not, why be concerned at all?
The title of the blog is a somewhat crude expression of a common philosophical challenge to the existence or nature of God. As someone who actually does believe that God exists and that God is basically good, I don't see how challenging those things could be offensive. I believe I'm tall, but if someone calls me short, that doesn't particularly offend me.
So the class of people who could or would be offended must be people who profess a strong belief in God, but secretly doubt the truth of it. So they believe the truth can only be maintained if everyone supports it. At least that's my take on it.

Also, I have a sense of humor and if this gets people to read the bible and think about religion more than they would have otherwise, then great.

I personally think it's only fair for people to voice concern (or even just their honest take on things like religion and the Bible), just as it's only fair for people who disagree to defend their opinion. They're likely to get a reaction out of that title, though.

As a religious individual I don't find it offensive. I can clearly see how passages are taken out of context. Also, I have a sense of humor and if this gets people to read the bible and think about religion more than they would have otherwise, then great.

I think some people will be offended based on the title alone more than the content itself. But people who take issue with certain religious passages (or religion in general) may delight in this website.I personally think it's only fair for people to voice concern (or even just their honest take on things like religion and the Bible), just as it's only fair for people who disagree to defend their opinion. They're likely to get a reaction out of that title, though.
