I think that this was pretty funny. If Sear's Programmers are lazy enough that someone can do that, I think they deserved it. People also did many other things to put weird names for other products, like a Baby juicer for a blender. If I could hijack a grill listing, I would say it's a homeless furnace.

Sears Grill Cooks Babies?!? Funny or freaky?
Apparently Sears.com was hijacked for a bit yesterday after a visitor changed the barbecue grills to claim they cook babies and other body parts. Sears removed the listings shortly after they were noticed, claiming a malicious visitor was messing around.
Was the prank funny or freaky? Also, if you were going to hijack a grill product listing on a website, what would you say the grill can do?

I think that's hilarious! Sears should be glad that that was the intent of the prank, not stealing credit card and other confidential data! If I were to hijack the grill product listing, I would say that it can inject deadly poison into anything you put into it :)
