1st charge would be for Carjacking. "Carjacking is a form of hijacking, where the crime is of stealing a motor vehicle and so also armed assault when the vehicle is occupied." {quoted from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carjacking}

2nd charge would be for "Reckless driving or dangerous driving,and is often punishable by fines, imprisonment, and/or driver's license suspension or revocation,it is a serious moving traffic violation. As a legal term, it is used within the United States and the United Kingdom.Reckless driving is a mental state in which the driver displays a wanton disregard for the rules of the road; the driver often misjudges common driving procedures, often causing accidents and other damages. Reckless driving has been studied by psychologists. However, no one cause can be assigned to this state."{information obtain from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dangerous_driving}

3rd charge would be the injury of the two students due to the bush crahsing

4th charge would be indecent exposure "The offense of indecent exposure, when confirmed as such, is variously titled "indecent exposure", "sexual misconduct", "public lewdness", or "public indecency". It is a criminal offense in all fifty states and is punishable by fines and/or imprisonment, and in some states a conviction results in having to register as a sex offender." {information obtain from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indecent_exposure#Legal_status_in_the_United_States}

Technically, who knows? How could he have taken over the bus, the driver must have been a wimp? The teens in the bus were getting ready to fight him when they crashed. Mostly I'd say driving dangerously and driving under the influence of what ever he was under the influence of.

Mainly though, I agree with the principal:
"Principal Chiquita Chorizo said, "Considering some of the stuff that's happening in other schools, this is definitely an improvement. At least if you're naked, you don't have anyplace to hide a gun!""

Oops, sorry. That quote was from a spoof news site not a real one. The real sites did mention a parent named Chiquita Rogers, and the spoof was pretty much the same as reality in this ridiculous case.

Hmm... given that it was a busload of teens... I'd say something like ten years, with a chance for parole if he can prove he was wacked on PCP and won't do it again.

If they'd been prepubescent kids, then nothing less than life in an insane asylum!

Technically if he seized control of the vehicle he also illegally seized the persons on the vehicle and could be charged with X counts of abduction. One for each person who was illegally detained.
