What's the health/nutrition difference between Doctor Grandma's pancakes, Bisquick and Aunt Jamima mix?

Of course, I love the taste of Doctor Grandma's mixes and diet sweetener, but I'm wondering...what's the health/nutrition difference between Doctor Grandma's pancakes and Bisquick or Aunt Jamima mix?

This particular version includes extra virgin olive oil and the zero cal sweetener, but some of their "value packs" don't include the oil. I know that organic hard red spring wheat flour is used in the Doctor Grandma's mix, but I don't know the specifics of the benefits of one wheat over the other, like a soft white or something. Anyway...the taste is out of this world, but I'm wondering about the specifics of the nutritional difference. Details with explanations would be wonderful!

Dr. Grandma's products are made of Organic Whole Wheat, Sugar Free, Extra Virgin Olive Oil....

Aunt Jamima mix you will have man recipes to each product choose ...they contain BLEACHED WHEAT FLOUR which ENRICHED with NIACIN, REDUCED IRON, THIAMIN MONONITRATE, RIBOFLAVIN, FOLIC ACID, they contain SUGAR, LEAVENING (SODIUM BICARBONATE, SODIUM ALUMINUM PHOSPHATE, MONOCALCIUM PHOSPHATE), SALT, CALCIUM CARBONATE (As SOURCE OF CALCIUM). They may MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF MILK, EGG AND SOY according to the product .

Dr. Grandma's products contain less sodium which is good for our blood pressure, less saturated fat by 8% and slightly more fiber content ...

In ANOTHER HAND Aunt Jamima mix is ENRICHED with more calcium ,RIBOFLAVIN, FOLIC ACID....
