Today, Feb. 24th 2009. It will be on all the news channels, CNN, FOX, MSNBC, MSN, as well as your local channels.

CNN is calling it the State Of The Nation.

An unofficial one will be held today, but the actual time hasn't been specified. But expect all the major basic channels to be covering it (Especially CBS), and the time to be some time this evening.

The official state of the union address wont be held till 2010.
