No, sounds like, just to supplement the above, he's one of many lawyers who make up the president's "in-house law firm," as ABC News puts it.
Wolin served under Clinton, as many of the latest appointees have...either Clinton or under a Supreme Court justice, so Obama is seemingly surrounding himself with folks who have experience, which I think is important since he's got a little less experience than perhaps most incoming presidents...
