Shauna Daly, what exactly is her job in the Obama administration?

Does anyone have any Shauna Daly pictures? I want to see what she looks like.

Shauna Daly, a 29-year-old Democratic operative, was named last month to the new job of White House counsel research director.

The Washington Times reports the following shocking details:

“Though Shauna Daly is inside one of the most powerful legal offices in the land, Miss Daly holds no law degree and doesn’t list any legal training on her resume.

“Shauna Daly’s sole experience has been as an opposition researcher for Democratic political campaigns: Shauna Daly helped dig up dirt on rivals, or on her own nominee to prepare for attacks.”

The question was what is her current function in the Obama administration. The question wasn't what she did before.

She was basically given the position as a reward for her research on opponents during the campaign. In the Obama administration she will be doing the work many junior lawyers do. She'll be digging through legal books and past court cases in order to help the real lawyers put together their cases. In technical terms she'll be a paralegal.

Shauna Daly was appointed the 'White House counsel research director' some time ago last month. I'm afraid to say I can't seem to actually find any pictures of her.

She used to just be a 'Deputy Research Director' with the Obama Administration.
