Are frozen Blueberries as nutritious as the fresh blueberries?
In my area fresh blueberries are very expensive. Frozen varieties are much more affordable. Just wondering if Im getting the full health benefit in eating the frozen product, considering Blueberries are considered by many to be a primary anti-cancer food.
