Names of songs can't really be copyrighted and I don't think Tay has any trademarks on the name so I don't expect him to get anything.

Even if he did have a trademark there is a strong argument that given the very different businesses there would be no likelihood of confusion and therefore no damages. There aren't that many trademark categories, and I haven't looked at them recently, but music and movies may fall into the same one. I still don't think Tay will get any of the proceeds unless the film makers throw him a few bucks just to be nice and prevent a lawsuit (even if they think they can win it).
