However adultery may be broadly defined as a violation of a couple's sexual commitment to each other. Under that definition if the couple had agreed that neither of them would look at pornography, then the act could loosley be defined as adultury.
However the argument is really just semantics. Couples can define their relationship however they want, so the discussion of what is or is not permissible in a relationship is completely subject to what the couple wants from their relationship.

This is a tough moral issue to crack, especially considering that nearly every online resource considers viewing pornography during marriage a mental burden on the relationship, if not necessarily adultery. A great number of women feel threatened if they find their husband viewing pornography. They feel that the man may be using it as a way of avoiding sexual intimacy or finding gratification elsewhere, which is the feeling equatable to when a member of a relationship discovers that their spouse/significant other is having an affair. There are a seemingly endless number of resources out there on this topic. I'm going to link to a Time Magazine article which discusses how the accessibility of pornography in modern society may be affecting relationships. Despite the arguments against viewing pornography, some evidence does support that men do not view it as a betrayal of their commitment, but as a way of living out fantasies and increasing visual stimulation. Obviously, if both members of the relationship are comfortable viewing pornography, it may even enhance the sexual gratification both members achieve.

"However adultery may be broadly defined as a violation of a couple's sexual commitment to each other."
Which would include lusting for someone other than your wife, so we don't really disagree.
