I know I'm not, nor anyone that I know. If you want a term for that, I'm not sure if there is one. It might be attributed to "symphorphilia" which is a fetish for natural disasters. Does the lightning striking another person also turn you on? The specifics would help me find a more accurate classification for your fetish because I don't think a "lightning fetish" really exists on its own.
