Best NSFW scene from a b-movie?

I have a strong preference for sci-fi movies but I am open for any genre.....as long as it is NSFW.

It's not sci-fi, but B-movies don't get any less safe for work than the work of Jess Franco. Here's a clip from "Venus in Furs" with Klaus Kinski:
