I think the second link you post has some great quotes that really let you into her mindset.

It sounds like her wardrobe malfunctions aren't intentional and are a result of being clumsy, always photographed, and most importantly always in public.

Aside from wearing a bra which seems like an obvious answer, I think she needs to really stay away from the public eye for a while. Why does she go shopping for herself when she has the money to do it for her? Yea, it is great that she wants to feel normal and all, but at this cost it isn't working.

So my advice is to wear a bra and clothing that isn't as loose (no matter how hot she claims it is in England) and to either stay away from very public places or to be more careful when the paparazzi is following her (which she doesn't seem capable of).
