Now that there are keywords added to questions, should there be a way for me store my favorite keywords and view a page of those questions?
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You're on the right track Brian, from what I understand the keywords were added in anticipation for such a feature. Answers 2.0 I believe will be released in the fall.
