I had quite the experience in Las Vegas. I was a teenager and my family had decided to go up on the roof of the hotel so we could see the lights of Las Vegas and get pictures. When we got up there I started heading towards the side where I could see the lights and didn't see the two people that were there. My Mother and her boyfriend were trying to get my attention to come back, they were not behind me but far away by the door. I couldn't figure out why they were trying to get me to come back, when I looked down at the ground and saw a prostitue and her John completely naked before me. I said hello to them and ran back to my Mom. To say the least we didn't go up on Las Vegas hotel roofs anymore. When my Mom asked me why I said hello to them I told her I didn't know what else to say.

We stayed at the Flamingo hotel and of course we thought, my parents are out lets sneak a few drinks and go run around. Well at the Flamingo they have African Penguins outside...me being obsessed with penguins and drunk had to go investigate...so I jumped the little fence onto the ice (first mistake) and started chasing the penguins. I was slipping all over the place and after a couple minutes fell down...then the 2nd issue happened...the penguins attacked...they were nipping at me and slapping me with their wings...it seemed as if I couldn't get away quick enough! I ended up running a few blocks and outside the Mirage or maybe it's the MGM...pretty sure Mirage though... there is that big Lions head..and I ran smack into it getting knocked down and I still have the scar to proove it..
May not be your typical crazy story from Vegas but we are keeping it a secret and it was definelty crazy...
Awesome question.

By the end of the day I'd only lost seven dollars, which I figured was a fair price to pay for a tour of all the hotels.
I didn't feel crazy, but the floor people and other gamblers who figured out what I was doing sure acted like they thought I was nuts.

However, during my most recent trip, I actually had a pretty unique and extremely memorable time! My fiance got up Saturday morning and said I have a few free hotel nights stored up and we're only 4 hours away, let's use one of my nights and go to Vegas tonight! Cool! We leave and he books the most expensive one bedroom suite he can get for that night using one of his rewarded nights. We got a room that was $389/night for only $45 (taxes and resort fees). In the Trump International Tower! The room was on the 54th floor, on the corner of the building with large picture windows in the living room, bedroom and one, in particular, in the bathroom over the jacuzzi! One of our views was straight down the strip! Talk about luxury!!!!!! Of course, the first thing my fiance does is dump an entire bottle of bubble bath into the tub, run a bath and get the jacuzzi going.... after about 10-15 unattended minutes, the soap bubbles had climbed up to be about 3 feet high! LOL! Well, we started throwing handfuls of fluffy bubbles at each other and all over that monstrous bathroom! Popped a bottle of Moet, jumped in the tub and enjoyed ourselves for the first hour or two...looking over the Vegas strip the whole time! :)
Then we went out and bounced around from casino to casino and got a good look at them, had a few drinks and ended up back at the Saraha (one of the skankiest casinos on the strip) and played $1 Blackjack til 2:30 in the morning. We relaxed and had a great time!
One thing that did totally catch me off-guard, were the number of people, men and women, who lined the streets and tapped their business cards together and pushed them at every passer-by. These cards had extremely provocative and downright pornographic photos of nude girls on them and they were handing handfuls of them to every man, woman and child that passed by them. Thanks to these guys, the walkways along the strip are literally littered with naked women. Only in Vegas.... LOL!
There is a lot of construction going on along the strip right now, too. There are two or three new buildings/hotels going up and they are slated to open soon so the last and most annoying phase of construction is in full swing, but it didn't slow us down at all!
Aside from the cards and the construction, I had the time of my life that night!!!!!

But...a wild time is something which certainly can be had here in Nevada...
... the last crazy Vegas adventure I had was an all night experience with a lady just outside of the area...
...and as far as Las Vegas goes, a 'Woman to Woman Party' was just one of the specialties at the brothel I visited.

What's the craziest thing you have ever done on a trip to Vegas?
Is "what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas" really true? I have never been to Vegas, want to go, and am finally getting up the nerve to plan a trip. But I have heard numerous horror stories about the things that happen in Vegas, and I wanna know what the worst that could happen is. I wanna hear horror stories and crazy fun adventures that people have had on their trips to Vegas.

My crazy thing was when I was younger, too young to gamble...technically too young to drink. But it was a blast. I spent a whole day at Vegas going from casino to casino playing nothing but the nickel slots. By the end of the day I'd only lost seven dollars, which I figured was a fair price to pay for a tour of all the hotels.

I JUST got back from an impromptu night in Vegas: my first visit as an adult! The only other time I've been to Vegas was when I was in 3rd grade. I took my mom to see a Vegas show of a commedian called Gallagher. He took axes to watermelons and other really messy things. It was so fun! Mom's eyes about bulged out of her head, LOL!

Well...I'm from Nevada, so a trip to Vegas isn't that crazy of an endeavor for me. "What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas" isn't quite as true as "come on vacation... leave on probation." But...a wild time is something which certainly can be had here in Nevada...

We spent a week in Vegas last month, but spent very little time on the Strip. My husband's older brother invited us out but we spent most of the time in the desert and mountains. We did spend a few evenings just walking the Strip, and the craziest thing I did was to grab a handful of those "business cards" from a female who was passing them out. She looked a bit shocked, since I'm a woman. But I brought them back as "souvenirs" for our son-in-law and our daughter's boyfriend. They got a kick out of them.
