The Official web site of Québec City Tourism has a bunch of sugar shack's listed on this web page, they should all be close to Québec City (why else would they be on the Québec City Tourism's page).

sugar shack in Quebec
I'm travelling to Quebec City March 24 through 29 and I'm looking for a maple sugar farm -- a "sugar shack" -- that I can visit and do a tasting during that time. I believe the maple sap runs in March but I could be wrong. I'm willing to drive an hour to two hours outside of Quebec City for this experience.
