I think I probably would TRY it, but probably not drink a whole cup of it. I'm relatively adventurous in my tastes and have tried some interesting things in the past, so while this doesn't exactly intrigue me, it doesn't completely gross me out either. I would like to think that since this product is being sold to the general public, it goes through a fairly intensive filtering and cleaning process so no one risks any health issues by drinking it. I found it interesting that cow urine has been promoted in India as capable of curing cancer..let's hope this product doesn't get pitched as some kind of miracle drug!
If you've ever seen Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern, now THAT guy puts some things in his mouth that I would never even consider. He's got a lot of courage to be eating some of the things he does. Sometimes its hard for me to even watch that show.

1. I would certainly try a such a drink without prejudice provided I knew it was a safe drink with reviewers saying it was worth trying. Interesting foods often come from strange sources.
2. I would never buy or support the drink in your source. I vehemently oppose the group proposing it and their goals and methods. They are Hindu religious fanatics roughly as bad as the Islamic and Christian fanatics. They use violence to further their goal of oppressing their Indian compatriots, particularly women, in the name of tradition and religion.
3. What is the basic biology and chemistry involved? Well, the cow is excreting the stuff for a reason. Like other animals it is getting rid of toxic chemicals in its body. Otherwise it would just drink less. The main chemicals in cow urine are urea, xanthine, ascorbic acid, and proteins. Along with them goes anything else that needs flushing out. Proteins are ok, and ascorbic acid is another name for vitamin C. But there are better sources. Xanthine is a natural chemical in your body, it's related to caffeine. You don't need extra though. Urea is natural in your body too, but your body is constantly working to get rid of the excess. Getting rid of it is your own urine's main function. So if you drink cow urine, you give more work to your kidneys. Overall, it wouldn't hurt to drink cow urine from a healthy cow, but you wouldn't want to drink much of it. Certainly not as much as most people drink soda. And there is quite a large likelihood of other toxins depending upon what the cow has been eating.
One last note. Why not have a beer instead? Good beer really is a healthy alternative to soda.

Would you drink a drink made out of cow urine?
Even though they say it will not smell like urine and will taste good, I don't think I could bring myself to even try it.

If it were part of a cultural experience, I would drink something made from cow urine. It it were just a party or a dare, I don't think I would. Because I doubt that I would enjoy drinking such a drink, there would have to be a deep, significant reason to do so.

I will break my answer into three parts.

I wouldn't try it. Who knows what could be in it, and with Mad Cow Disease running rampant in some countries, I wouldn't be willing to take the risk. I'm sure you can't get it from the urine of an animal, but I'm MORE sure I don't want to find out if I can or not.
