Probably a home made natural energy drink... from plants... fruits.. or something like this...

What about some Home Made Natural Energy Drinks?

I found something interesting:
http://www.chinese-holistic-health-exercises.com/drinks-for-natural-energy-boost.html
http://www.liveandfeel.com/

It seems that ingredients like banana, honey, bee polen, hypericum perforatum, ginseng, egg, soy milk and others could be combined in order to obtain a great natural energy drink.

The bad part is that some of this must be prepared and consumed immediately... but fortunately you can test and found something more easy to prepare and consume....

Note that some of this plants are used also in phytotherapy ...

What about some Commercial Natural Energy Drinks?
---------------------------
I found a commercial one called EUPHORIA which composition is:

--quote--

-Borojó, passion fruit and Guarana, 100% natural.
- No preservatives, chemicals or artificial colors.

source: http://www.euphorianatural.com/specs.html

--end quote--
-----------------------------
and another called ..
Pussy natural energy
http://www.pussydrinks.com/home.html

Pussy containts:
Milk Thistle
Guarana
Siberian Ginseng
Sarsaparilla
Schizandra
Ginkgo Biloba
--------------------------------

maybe there are more... but I think a home made energy drink could be healthier because you personalize it...

The best thing is to have a moderate diet, drink plenty of water, get adequate sleep and to find ways reduce the stress.

It is best not to drink "energy drinks" for the long term health because it can stress the adrenal glands, which can lead to a whole range of medical problems. Adrenal stress is very serious. Maintaining the body in a "hyped up" state puts you in a "fight-or-flight" biochemical state which means you are pumping adrenaline into your bloodstream.

So, be cautious about energy drinks and use them only when it is absolutely necessary (like to prevent you from running off the road if you are driving in the middle of the night - to save your life) and seek balance in your life.

Namaste.

Verve!, the world's healthiest energy drink provides your daily dose of vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants. Each can contains one shot of Vemma, the most complete liquid vitamin and mineral supplement. Verve's great taste is from the super fruit Mangosteen, which provides more anti-oxidant properties, called xanthones, than any other product on the market.
