IMHO, I would think about your motivation about getting a drink after exercise. Is it for reward? For energy? Are you trying to lose weight with your basketball or are you just enjoying the exercise with 'the boys?'
If you are trying to be "healthy," then something lower calorie, and with more nutritional value, is better. Best to ask the barista what a good low-cal beverage is.
If you just want something to enjoy, then go with the flavors you like. For Starbucks, for me, that is something chai, with mocha. If I am being good I have an Italian soda with light syrup, so it is low calorie, but has sparkle to it but also has flabvor. If I am doing soy, I do a short soymilk, foamed up to the hilt. That way I get a lot of foam but I also get less calories per serving.
Just some thoughts. YMMV. Whatever you get, enjoy it and do not feel guilty!

What are your favorite Starbucks and Jamba Juice drinks?
Why?
Tomorrow I'll be getting Starbucks in the morning and Jamba Juice at night after basketball. I'm trying to decide which to get.
For Starbucks, I'm still deciding if I want caffeinated or not...

Hm. I am trying to get more soy in my diet, so for Starbucks, I am a fan of a soy latte, with lots of foam. The foam they do at the store is much, much better than the foam I can do at home. For the Jamba Juice: Well after basketball I am really thirsty (even though I drink a lot of water) and also slightly hungry.
Also, it provides some positive reinforcement for me to play :)
