I've never seen energy drinks sold in the park. I do often see small "shot" style containers left around as trash.
Apparently, the same people who can't survive a day at Disneyland also can't manage a walk to the trash can after the "boost". Similar behavior exhibited by smokers who pretend that their cigarettes aren't trash.
Given the large number of minors, it would be irresponsible for Disneyland to sell high concentrations of caffeine in a sweetened drink. It's become the new addiction/affliction of choice for young non-smokers. (Although, there are several places available in the park to light up and be rudely coughed at by passers-by.)
At least with traditional Coke beverages, there is sufficient water to make it uncomfortable to abuse. You'll need to urinate every hour to keep up with intake. That interferes with your ability to stand in long ride lines. Not to mention, you'll be the butt of jokes both for O.D.ing on soda pop, and for the inability to control your bladder.

From my research on the Disneyland website, I cannot find that they are affiliated with Monster Energy Drinks. They might sell it somewhere around the park and/or resorts however, more likely than not it will be overpriced. If you really love Monster that much, I would suggest bringing a cooler with some Monster with you to the park. It will save you time, frustration, and money!
