Lego Star Wars Complete Saga for Wii. I used code to unlock Darth Maul, but now can't figure out how to actually use him.

How do I access unlocked characters. It acknowledges the unlock, but I don't know how to find them. In the Freeplay screen, they're not available.

Ok I'm gonna say you used this code to unlock Maul right?
EUK421 Darth Maul

Turns out you still need the right number of studs/points to purchase said character, which for Maul is 60,000 studs/points.
