Virtually all of these screwdrivers can be had at a reasonably "technical" computer store. If you have a microcenter near you, http://www.microcenter.com their tools aisle will contain a wide selection of small screwdrivers with just about every bit imaginable that would apply to screw or mechanical faster on electronics. Take the cartridge with you and compare it.
You might also have luck at a Home Depot or Lowes, in addition to the tools section of those stores, you might check the home automation/electronics sections, as sometimes they will put tools appropriate to these uses in those areas. In general you may not be able to find a screwdriver with fixed shank and head to fit exactly, instead look at the multi-packs of replacable heads for both manual and power screwdrivers. So of these have dozens of different fittings, including torx and star screws like these.
"Theft proof" or "security" screws just mean hard to come by, not likely to be in an average home toolbox, not unavailable to the general public. It's not like certain lock-picking or locksmith gear.

Does anybody know where I can get a theft proof screwdriver?
I have some Nintendo Entertainment System games that I would like to take apart to fix. Does anybody know where I can get a screwdriver that can do this. I'm talking about the newer games, not the old ones that can be opened with a flathead screwdriver.

Check at your local Radio Shack http://www.radioshack.com store and ask them, as they might have the exact products you are looking for. Remember it's slogan, "You've got questions, we've got answers." Or, you can check out Best Buy to the list http://www.bestbuy.com or there is a store called J & R http://www.jr.com or Tiger Direct http://www.tigerdirect.com or Computer Shopper http://www.computershopper.com or Micro Center http://www.microcenter.com
