Here are a few tips:

1. Look inside the box, you'll see two flaps at the bottom of the box. The bookmark is under one of those flaps and you want to hit it into the center of the box.
   
2. Rotate the box so you are looking at the bottom. The box should should be longer from left to right. Hit this side (the thin side of the box) 10 times.
3. Look inside the box. You should see the bookmark.
   
4. If that doesn't work tap everywhere until you see it peeking out from under a flap then pick it up. Don't forget to look inside the box.
   
5. When you see the bookmark you have to touch it to zoom in and then pull it out.
