Yes this company would. The best way to find out about a company and see if it is legit and will do what they advertise is to look them up on BBB (Better Business Bureau). Attached is the link to the company profile on BBB, as you can see the company got a B which is good. It explains more about why in the profile.

Overall the reviews I found were fairly positive... but the second one on my list is pretty negative.

I'd like a lot the dealextreme website. They are trustworthy.
They are located in Hong Kong and there are cheap, furthermore, shipping is always free. I've included both a link to the main page and a link (the tr.im one) to a seach page looking for nds pouchs.
