There are surprisingly few resources online for this game. Of course, check out the The Incredible Hulk Game Walkthrough page on Mahalo, which will give you some places to start your search.

IGN has a game guide but it's for the major consoles, not for DS. It may help give you some strategies. http://guides.ign.com/guides/900970/

I couldn't find any specific reference to the robot in Brazil, but hopefully one of these pages will get you started.
