How do you beat Genshin in Ninja Gaiden 2?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

M$The second time you meet Genshin is at the end of Chapter 7, again use the Flaming Sword. He has ninjas around him this time, get rid of them first. Circle Genshin using Reverse Wind, waiting for him to attack you, block the attack, then strike back with a combo attack. Do not use any attacks from above as he will defeat any of those. Just get his health down to less than a 1/4 th and it's all over for Genshin, until later.
The third time you battle with Genshin is at the end of Chapter 11, it's almost identical to the second battle with him. Go with the True Dragon Sword for your weapon, stay close, let him attack first, block the beginning attacks, then strike back with a combo. Again get his health down to less than 1/4th and he is down for the count, or so you would think.
But no, he comes back as EVIL Genshin..good grief, this guy just won't go away. But guess what, he really doesn't have any new tricks. Use the same pattern as the first three times you have fought him. Weapon of choice is Dragon Sword, stay close to him, circle until he attacks first, block attacks, use reverse wind when you need to get out of the way. Attack with a combo, and avoid aerial attacks. Taking him out this time will give you the Blade of the Archfiend, which you need before you face the next boss. Whew!
