NFL predictions for the NY Giants playing at the Indianapolis Colts this Sunday? Which QB Manning brother has the advantage? The NY Giants are now 1-0 and the Colts fell short and are 0-1 after week 1. However, this week they are playing at Indianapolis giving the Colts home field advantage. Also, despite the Colts loss, Peyton put up huge numbers including 3 TDs and over 400 yards passing. Both brothers are Super Bowl champions but does the younger Eli have what it takes to lead his team to victory over his older brother Peyton?! This should be a good one.

The Giants have the momentum heading into this game and the Colts are without Bob Sanders who seems to suffer some type of injury every season over the past few years. That being said, I think the Giants "should" win but it's difficult to see the Colts being 0-2 so I will pick the Colts by no more than 7 in this one.
