Why is there no report that Leonard Padilla has offered $10,000 reward for the safe return of Sandra Canto?

I saw the news on several website links when I searched for Sandra Cantu Leonard Padilla. The news probably didn't make a big splash because there are other rewards, the story is almost a week old, and Mr. Padilla's reward is both recent and time limited.

The Carole Sund/Carrington Foundation is offering $5,000. An additional $2,000 has been added to this reward. Mr. Padilla's reward, announced 3/31/09 at 11:00 p.m., is valid if the child is returned safely by midnight, 4/5/09.
