Why is Stacey Peterson more important than Romona Moore?

Stacy Peterson is not any more important than Romona Moore. However, the Peterson case is still in the news because it is unresolved, unlike the Moore case. A body was found only yesterday that may belong to Stacy Peterson, and her husband, Drew Peterson was arrested a couple of weeks ago for the death of his former wife, which adds another twist to the story. I don't understand why you'd compare the two cases in such a way.
