Seems like an awful lot is moving into Jefferson. Kroger, film companies and more! Louisiana Film Studios recently bought the old Winn-Dixie and plans on turning it into a studio. It is expected to create about 3,000 jobs.

Kroger probably sees it as a new up-and-coming area and they see cash in their future.
